Refund and Returns Policy

At Teens Code Africa, we value every learner and strive to ensure a smooth and rewarding learning experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or credited.

🧾 1. Registration and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full before the start of any program.
• Once payment is confirmed, the student’s slot is reserved, and access details for the virtual class are shared.
• Payments are accepted through secure and verified channels only.

💡 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions, as outlined below:

✅ Full Refund (100%) — if:

• A written cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the program start date.

✅ Partial Refund (50%) — if:

• A written cancellation request is submitted within the first week after the program begins.

🚫 No Refunds — if:

• A participant withdraws after the first week of the program.
• The student misses sessions due to personal reasons, internet issues, or other external circumstances.

🔁 3. Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future Teens Code Africa program of similar value (subject to availability).

💻 4. Class Rescheduling or Cancellation by Teens Code Africa

In rare cases where Teens Code Africa must cancel or reschedule a session or entire program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability or technical issues):

• Participants will be notified promptly.
• The class will be rescheduled, or a full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

• Parent/guardian contact information
• Program name and payment reference

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Teens Code Africa reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
